Making a Maintenance Request
We request that all of our tenants file maintenance requests via our Tenant Portal. The convenient Tenant Portal app can be used to file a maintenance request via your phone. Once you download the app and set up an account, all you have to do to file a request is login and follow the prompts.
Fixing Your Issues Fast
We will work diligently to get your request taken care of as soon as possible. All work is scheduled in priority order based upon the urgency of the maintenance issue.

Maintenance Emergencies consist of ruptured plumbing lines, no heat and other issues that require urgent attention only. In these cases, please call the emergency line at (614) 600-4163. Please do not call this number for normal requests.
Maintenance issues such as clogged sink drains, lack of air conditioning, broken washer or dryers, etc., are not considered emergencies. For this type of issue we request that you file a maintenance request via your Tenant Portal.
If you ever smell an odor of gas, or have any suspicion that you may have a gas leak in your unit, please immediately vacate the property and call Columbia Gas at 1-800-344-4077.
